Monitoring the implementation and enforcement of the assets freeze imposed by paragraph 1 of resolution 1532 2004.
The assets freeze imposed by paragraph 3 of the resolution will be implemented in the United Kingdom through secondary legislation, which will be adopted under the United Nations Act 1946.

The Committee is also mandated to monitor the implementation of the travel ban and assets freeze imposed by resolution 1591(2005) and, inter alia, to designate individuals subject to those measures, in accordance with the criteria set out in the resolution.
The Security Council reaffirms that ISIL(QE.J.115.04)is subject to the arms embargo and assets freeze imposed by Security Council resolutions 1267(1999) and 2083(2012) and underlines the importance of prompt and effective implementation of these measures.

Also on 12 November, the Committee added the name of one individual(Sultani Makenga) to the list of individuals andentities subject to the travel ban and assets freeze imposed by paragraphs 13 and 15 of Security Council resolution 1596(2005) and renewed by paragraph 4 of resolution 2078(2012). On 30 November, the Committee added the names of two other individuals(Baudoin Ngaruye Wa Myamuro and Innocent Kaina) to the list; both were cited in the final report of the Group of Experts.
