The summary prepared by the Chairman,an advance version of which was circulated in an informal paper, read as follows.
At the 8th meeting, on 8 April, the Chairman of the working group and Vice-Chairman of the Commission reported on the outcome of negotiations on a draft resolution entitled"Population, development and HIV/AIDS, with particular emphasis on poverty"(E/CN.9/2005/L.4),which was circulated in an informal paper.
