At its twenty-sixth session, the Committee designated Hanna Beate Schöpp-Schilling, the liaison with the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, to analyse the Durban Declaration and the Plan of Action adopted by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance for its impact on the work of the Committee, and provide suggestions in that regard.
