The Committee also requested the Secretariat to prepare by 31 March 2014 revised draft guidance on the implementation of the illegal traffic take-back provision, reflecting the outcome of the discussions at the tenth meeting of the Committee together with further comments received from Committee members, parties and others, for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting and the Committee at its eleventh meeting see UNEP/CHW/CC.10/14.
Taking into accounts the submissions received, intersessional working group coordinators within the Expert Group provided revised guidance on source categories and cross cutting issues draft sections of the guidelines and guidance to the Secretariatby 13 April 2006, who distributed the revised draft guidance to members of the Expert Group and others, for comments by 30 May 2006.
