The only solution that can lead to a just andcomprehensive peace in the Middle East is a complete and unconditional Israeli withdrawal from all the occupied Arab territories, including the Syrian Arab Golan Heights, to the line of 4 June 1967, as well as from southern Lebanon and western Bekaa, in accordance with Security Council resolutions 425(1978) and 426 1978.
In the same vein, international efforts should intensify to ensure full implementation of Security Council resolution 425(1978)which requires unconditional Israeli withdrawal from all Lebanese territory and the exercise by the Lebanese Government of its sovereignty over all Lebanese territory, including the South.
This requires: complete Israeli withdrawal from the Golan to the line of 4 June 1967;complete and unconditional Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon and the western Bekaa to the internationally recognized boundaries; the complete withdrawal of Israel from all occupied Palestinian territories, including Arab Jerusalem; and recognition of the legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people, including its right to exercise self-determination and establish an independent State on its own soil.
Of particular relevance were: Security Council resolutions 242(1967), 338(1973) and 425(1978); the principle of land for peace; complete Israeli withdrawal from the Golan Heights to the 4 June 1967 line;complete and unconditional Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon and the western Bekaa to the internationally recognized boundaries; complete Israeli withdrawal from all occupied Palestinian territory, including Arab Jerusalem, and the guarantee of legitimate national rights for the Palestinian people, including the right of self-determination and to establish an independent State on its own national soil.
We reaffirm the need for complete and unconditional implementation of Security Council resolution 425(1978) calling for complete Israeli withdrawal from the occupied Lebanese territory.
We must demand the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Israeli military forces from the Gaza Strip.
Israel had occupied Lebanon since 1978 and refused to implement Security Council resolution 425(1978)calling for the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Israeli troops from Lebanon.

To sum up, we believe that it is essential that this forum pronounce itself in favour of the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip.
There should be an immediate and unconditional withdrawal of all Israeli forces from southern Lebanon and the Syrian Golan Heights, as called for by Security Council resolutions 425(1978) and 338 1973.
Demands full respect for Security Council resolution 1860(2009),calls for an immediate ceasefire and the immediate, unconditional withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, and calls for the unimpeded provision and distribution throughout Gaza of humanitarian assistance, including food, fuel and medical treatment.
