This Regulation the Commission.
For the purpose of implementing Article 11(5) of this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by a committee.
In applying this Regulation, the Commission and the EEAS shall duly take into consideration the positions of the European Parliament.
Regarding the concerns on the cost of introducing these new technologies, the cofinancing by the Commission is already available under Council Regulation(EC) No 861/2006,which establishes cofinancing rates, and in the framework of this Regulation the Commission will consider increasing such rates.
Date of the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall assess struvite, biochar and ash-based products.
According to this Regulation the Commission is responsible for the management of the funds and the implementation of the European satellite navigation programmes(EGNOS and Galileo).

In the conduct of its activities under this Regulation the Commission shall ensure in respect of each delegated act, a balanced participation of Member States' representatives and interested parties concerned with the product group in question, such as industry, including SMEs and craft industry, trade unions, traders, retailers, importers, environmental protection groups and consumer organisations.
(28) No later than five years after entry into force of this Regulation the Commission will present a report on its application and, if need be, submit proposals for adaptations.
(6a) In its report on the evaluation of this Regulation the Commission should take into account that the principle of territoriality remains an essential element of the copyright system in the Union and that the approach for tackling geo-blocking and fostering online cross-border services should therefore be balanced against the need to protect cultural diversity and the economic model of cultural industries.
Within a period of one year from the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall present a report on the impact of this Regulation and, if necessary, make proposals to amend it.
Within two years of entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall develop, through delegated acts, a harmonised system for collecting these types of products/waste materials at Union level.
(21) No later than three years after the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission should present to the European Parliament and the Council a report on the application of this Regulation. .

Five years after the date of adoption of this Regulation, the Commission shall report to the European Parliament and the European Council on the application of the Regulation. .
Four years after the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall present to the European Parliament and to the Council a report on the application of this Regulation. .
Within six months of the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall examine the conformity of the existing rules on access to documents with this Regulation. .
At the latest six months after the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall establish a detailed programme for monitoring the outputs, results and impacts of this Regulation. .
Eight years after the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall assess the application of this Regulation and shall submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council.
Not later than 10 years after the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall forward to the European Parliament and to the Council a report on its implementation and any appropriate proposals.
No later than four years after the entry into force of this Regulation the Commission shall review it in the light of technological progress and present the result of this review to the consultation forum.
