The balance sheet assets referred to in Section 1 hereof means a non-performing loan as defined by the decision governing the classification of bank balance sheet assets and off-balance sheet items.
Под билансном активом из тачке 1. ове одлуке подразумева се проблематични кредит који има значење утврђено у одлуци којом се уређује класификација билансне активе и ванбилансних ставки банке.

Subordinated liabilities exempt from reserve requirements, under the terms of the Decision, represent the total amount of subordinated liabilities initially recognised by the NBS as eligible for inclusion in the bank's Tier 2 capital in accordance with the NBS decision governing the capital adequacy of banks.

Bank exposure arising from loans extended to households with the agreed maturity longer than 2920 days may not exceed 30% of bank capital set in accordance with the decision governing bank capital adequacy increased by the amount of all bank liabilities in dinars with the remaining maturity longer than 1825 days.
Изложености банке по основу кредита одобрених становништву чија је уговорена рочност дужа од 2920 дана не могу бити веће од 30% износа капитала банке утврђеног у складу са одлуком којом се уређује адекватност капитала банке увећаног за износ свих обавеза банке у динарима чија је преостала рочност дужа од 1825 дана.

If a bank fails to settle its obligations under a special agreement on swap purchase/sale of foreign exchange with the NBS- the NBS may restrict to such bank the performance of activities of purchase/sale of foreign exchange with the NBS, in line with the decision governing operating terms and procedures in the foreign exchange market.
Ако банка не изврши обавезе по основу посебног своп уговора о куповини/ продаји девиза с Народном банком Србије- Народна банка Србије може тој банци ограничити обављање послова куповине/ продаје девиза с Народном банком Србије, у складу са одлуком којом се уређују услови и начин рада девизног тржишта.

Households referred to in paragraph 1 hereof are resident domestic and foreign natural persons and non-resident foreign and domestic natural persons, in accordance with the decision governing the collection, processing and submission of data on the balance and structure of accounts from the Chart of Accounts.

The pay-ins/pay-outs referred to in this Section shall be effected through the system of the consolidated FX treasury account held with the National Bank of Serbia, in accordance with the decision governing the manner of performing activities between the National Bank of Serbia and the Treasury Administration through the system of the consolidated FX treasury account.

Банка која не поступи у складу с тач. 3. и 4. ове одлуке дужна је да потраживања по основу уговора о кредитима из тачке 3. став 1. ове одлуке класификује у категорију Д, у смислу одлуке Народне банке Србије којом се уређује класификација билансне активе и ванбилансних ставки банке.

The payment service provider shall submit data on fees for services specified in the List for payment accounts for which the payment service provider is obligated to compile an overview of services and fees linked to the payment account, in accordance with the decision governing the contents and form of the fee information document. The bank shall reduce the amount of exposure from paragraphs 1 and 3 hereof by the amount secured with prime collateral if conditions for its classification into A category have been met, in accordance with the provisions of the decision governing the classification of bank balance sheet assets and off-balance sheet items.
Банка је дужна да износ изложености из ст. 1. и 3. ове тачке умањи за износ обезбеђен првокласним средствима обезбеђења ако су испуњени услови за њихову класификацију у категорију А у складу са одредбама одлуке којом се уређује класификација билансне активе и ванбилансних ставки банке.
