Sabic said that the media should pay particular attention to the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, which regulates this right, and pointed out that the Guide published on the Commissioner's website would greatly assist the media in its implementation.

The Public Information Commissioner Rodoljub Sabic said the vast number of complaints he had received was regarding the reluctance of the administrative bodies to provide information to citizens.
In this occasion, the Commissioner, Rodoljub Sabic said:"Such a provision in the field of foreign investments completely excludes public access, which certainly may as a consequence result in numerous principal and practical problems. The implementation of a Law of the Republic of Serbia is thus subject to the will of every individual foreign investor, offering more rights to foreign than to domestic legal and natural persons.
