VI/WP.39 and Addenda 1 to 7) and a proposal by the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law(A/CN.9/WG. VI/WP.40).
However, the Forum requested the Secretariat to conduct further analysis, and at the third session, for an update discussion on thissub-item, the Forum will have before it a note partly based on a survey conducted by the Secretariat.
Under sub-item 4(b), the Board had before it a report by theDirector General on the financial situation of UNIDO(IDB.41/4), a note by the Director General on a request from Costa Rica for restoration of voting rights based on a payment plan(IDB.41/26) and a note by the Secretariat on the status of assessed contributions(IDB.41/CRP.2).
