Indeed Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful.

( முஃமின்களே!) நீங்கள் எவ்வளவுதான் விரும்பினால் உம், மனைவியரிடையே நீங்கள் நீதம் செலுத்த சாத்தியமாகாது. ஆனால்( ஒரே மனைவியின் பக்கம்) முற்றில் உம் சாய்ந்து மற்றவளை அந்தரத்தில் தொங்க விடப்பட்டவள் போன்று ஆக்கிவிடாதீர்கள்;. நீங்கள்( அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப்) பயந்து சமாதானமாக நடந்து கொள்வீர்களானால், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் மிகவும் மன்னிப்பவன் ஆகவ் உம், மிக்க கருணையுடையவன் ஆகவ் உம் இருக்கின்றான்.
You will never be able to treat your wives with equal fairness, however much you may desire to do so, but do not ignore one wife altogether, leaving her suspended[between marriage and divorce]. And if you make amends and act righteously, surely God is most forgiving and merciful.

Believers, there are enemies to you from among your spouses and your off-spring, so beware of them. But if you forgive and overlook their offences and pardon them, then surely Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Compassionate.
