(9) This Regulation consists of five parts, of which the first sets out the subject-matter and definitions, the second contains rules applicable to all ESI Funds, the third includes provisions applicable only to the ERDF, the ESF and the Cohesion Fund(the'Funds'), the fourth includes provisions applicable only to the Funds and to the EMFF and the fifth includes the final provisions.
