Mr. Miller(United States of America): Here at the United Nations we are all too often called together to address tragedies and injustice throughout the world.
Mr. Miller(United States of America): On this solemn anniversary we pay tribute to the lives lost and communities destroyed in the aftermath of the Chernobyl accident.
