And God sufficieth as witness between you and us, of your worship, we have been ever unaware.

மேலும்" நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வின் வாக்குறுதி உண்மைய் ஆனது மறுமை நாள் அது பற்றியும் சந்தேகமில்லை" என்று கூறப்பட்ட போது;"( மறுமை) நாள் என்ன என்று நாங்கள் அறியோம்; அது ஒரு வெறும் கற்பனை என்றே நாங்கள் கருதுகிறோம். எனவே( அதை) நாங்கள் உறுதியென நம்புபவர்களல்லர்" என்று நீங்கள் கூறினீர்கள்.

And when it was said,"God's promise is true, and the Hour, there is no doubt of it," you said;"We know not what the Hour may be; we have only a surmise, and are by no means certain.".

Whenever it was said:'God's promise is certainly true, and there is no doubt about the Hour,' you replied:'We know not what the Hour is. We have only a vague idea, but are not certain.'.

And when it was said; verily Allah's promise is, true, and the Hour! there is no doubt thereof, ye said: we know not what the Hour is, we imagine it naught but an opinion, and we are not convinced.
