They ask you about menstruation. Tell them:"This is a period of stress. So keep away from women in this state till they are relieved of it. When they are free of it, you may go to them as God has enjoined. For God loves those who seek pardon, and those who are clean.".

But because they broke their covenant, We cursed them and hardened their hearts. They changed the Words from their places and have forgotten a portion of what they were reminded. Except for a few, you will always find treachery from them, yet pardon them, and forgive; indeed Allah loves the gooddoers.

They ask you concerning[intercourse during] menses. Say,‘It is hurtful.' So keep away from wives during the menses, and do not approach them till they are clean. And when they become clean, go into them as Allah has commanded you. Indeed Allah loves the penitent and He loves those who keep clean.

They will question thee concerning the monthly course. Say:'It is hurt; so go apart from women during the monthly course, and do not approach them till they are clean. When they have cleansed themselves, then come unto them as God has commanded you.' Truly, God loves those who repent, and He loves those who cleanse themselves.

So We cursed them because of them constantly breaking their covenant, and hardened their hearts; they shift the Words of Allah from their places, and have forgotten a large portion of the advices that were given to them; and you will constantly learn of deceits from them, except a few; so forgive them and excuse them; indeed Allah loves the virtuous.

You will constantly discover treachery on their part, except for a few of them. But pardon them, and bear with them; truly, God loves the doers of good.

They change the words from their(right) places and have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them. And you will not cease to discover deceit in them, except a few of them. But forgive them, and overlook(their misdeeds). Verily, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun(good-doers- see V. 2:112).

ஈமான் கொண்டு, நற்கருமங்கள் செய்பவர்கள்( எதிர்காலத்தில்) தங்களைப்( பாவத்த் இலிருந்து) காத்துக் கொண்டும், ஈமான் கொண்டும், மேலும் நற்கருமங்கள் செய்து கொண்டும்,( விலக்கப்பட்டவற்றை விட்டுத்)தங்களைப்( பின்னரும்) பாதுகாத்துக் கொண்டும், ஈமானில் உறுதிய் ஆக இருந்து கொண்டும், மேலும்( அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு) அஞ்சியவர்கள் ஆக அழகிய நன்மைகளைச் செய்து வருவார்களானால், சென்ற காலத்தில்( இவ்விதிமுறைகள் வருமுன்) தடுக்கப்பட்டவற்றை அவர்கள் புசித்து விட்டது குறித்து அவர்கள் மீது குற்றம் ஏற்படாது. நன்மை செய்கிறவர்களையே அல்லாஹ் நேசிக்கிறான்.
Those who believe and do righteous good deeds, there is no sin on them for what they ate(in the past), if they fear Allah(by keeping away from His forbidden things), and believe and do righteous good deeds, and again fear Allah and believe, and once again fear Allah and do good deeds with Ihsan(perfection). And Allah loves the good-doers.
