இன்னும்( நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவராகவுமே அல்லாமல் அனுப்பவ் இல்லை.
Yet We have not sent you but to give good tidings and to warn.

நிச்சயமாக நாம் உம்மை உண்மையைக் கொண்டு, நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமே அனுப்பியுள்ளோம்;
Verily We have sent thee with the truth, as a bringer of good tidings and a warner;

முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே இது இறங்கியது மேலும்,( நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமேயன்றி அனுப்பவ் இல்லை.
And We have not sent you,[O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.

அதற்கவர்," என்னை முதுமை வந்தடைந்திருக்கும்போதா எனக்கு நன்மாராயங் கூறுகிறீர்கள்? எந்த அடிப்படையில் நீங்கள் நன்மாராயங் கூறுகிறீர்கள்? உங்கள் நற்செய்தி எதைப்பற்றியது?" எனக் கேட்டார்.
He said,"Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what[wonder] do you inform?".

முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே நாம் இதனை( குர்ஆனை) இறக்கிவைத்தோம்; முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே இது இறங்கியது மேலும்,( நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமேயன்றி அனுப்பவ் இல்லை.
We have sent it down with the truth, and with the truth it has come down. We have not sent you except a bearer of glad tidings and a warner.

நபியே! நாம் நிச்சயமாக உம்மைச் சாட்சிய் ஆகவ் உம்; நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமே அனுப்பியுள்ளோம்.
O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner.

அல்லாஹ் கூறுகின்றான்: நிச்சயமாக நாம் உம்மை உண்மையைக் கொண்டு நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவராகவுமே அனுப்பிய் உள்ளோம்.
God said,“We have sent you[Prophet] only to bring good news and warning to all people”(34:28).

நிச்சயமாக நாம் உம்மை உண்மையைக் கொண்டு, நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமே அனுப்பியுள்ளோம்; அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவர் வராத எந்த சமுதாயத்தவரும்( பூமியில்) இல்லை.
We have sent you with the truth, a bearer of glad tidings and warning, for there is no nation, that has not had a warner pass away in it.

When good news of the birth of a female is given to any of them, his face grows dark and inwardly he chokes.

( நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை மனித குலம் முழுமைக்கும் நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம் அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவராகவுமே யன்றி( வேறெவ்வாரும்) அனுப்பவ் இல்லை ஆனால் மனிதர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர்( இதை) அறியமாட்டார்கள்.
We have sent you as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner for the whole of mankind, but most people have no knowledge.

அவர்களில் ஒருவனுக்கு பெண் குழந்தை பிறந்த் உள்ளது என்று நன்மாராயங் கூறப்பட்டால் அவன் முகம் கறுத்து விடுகிறது- அவன் கோபமுடையவனாகிறான்!

Lo! We have sent thee with the Truth, a bearer of glad tidings and a warner; and there is not a nation but a warner hath passed among them.

And with truth have We revealed it, and with truth did it come; and We have not sent you but as the giver of good news and as a warner.

அதற்கவர்," என்னை முதுமை வந்தடைந்திருக்கும்போதா எனக்கு நன்மாராயங் கூறுகிறீர்கள்? எந்த அடிப்படையில் நீங்கள் நன்மாராயங் கூறுகிறீர்கள்? உங்கள் நற்செய்தி எதைப்பற்றியது?" எனக் கேட்டார்.
He said:'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings'.

முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே நாம் இதனை( குர்ஆனை) இறக்கிவைத்தோம்; முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே இது இறங்கியது மேலும்,( நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமேயன்றி அனுப்பவ் இல்லை.
With truth have We sent it down, and with truth hath it descended. And We have sent thee as naught else save a bearer of good tidings and a warner.

பிறகு, நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் வந்து,( சட்டையை) அவர் முகத்தில் போட்டபோது அவர் மீண்டும் பார்வையுடையோரானார்;" நீங்கள் அறியாததையெல்ல் ஆம் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து நிச்சயமாக நான் அறிவேன் என்று உங்களிடம் கூறவில்லையா?
Then, when the bringer of the glad tidings came, he cast it upon his face and he became clear-sighted. He said: said I not unto you, verily I know from Allah that which ye know not?

நிச்சயமாக நாம் உம்மை உண்மையைக் கொண்டு, நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமே அனுப்பியுள்ளோம்; அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவர் வராத எந்த சமுதாயத்தவரும்( பூமியில்) இல்லை.
Verily We! We have sent thee with the truth, as a bearer of glad tidings and as a warner; and there is not a community but there hath passed among them a warner.

நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் வந்து,( சட்டையை) அவர் முகத்தில் போட்டபோது அவர் மீண்டும் பார்வையுடையோரானார்;" நீங்கள் அறியாததையெல்ல் ஆம் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து நிச்சயமாக நான் அறிவேன் என்று உங்களிடம் கூறவில்லையா?" என்று( அவர்களை நோக்கிக்) கூறினார்.
But when the bearer of good tidings came to him, and laid it on his face, forthwith he saw once again. He said,'Did I not tell you I know from God that you know not?'.

இன்னும், முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே நாம் இதனை( குர்ஆனை) இறக்கிவைத்தோம்; முற்றில் உம் சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டே இது இறங்கியது மேலும்,( நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் ஆகவ் உம், அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிப்பவராகவுமேயன்றி அனுப்பவ் இல்லை.
And with the truth We have sent the Qur'an down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you,[O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.

பிறகு, நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் வந்து,( சட்டையை) அவர் முகத்தில் போட்டபோது அவர் மீண்டும் பார்வையுடையோரானார்;" நீங்கள் அறியாததையெல்ல் ஆம் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து நிச்சயமாக நான் அறிவேன் என்று உங்களிடம் கூறவில்லையா?" என்று( அவர்களை நோக்கிக்) கூறினார்,?
Then, when the bearer of glad tidings came, he laid it on his face and he became a seer once more. He said: Said I not unto you that I know from Allah that which ye know not?

நாம்இ( வ் வேதத் )தை உம்முடைய மொழியில்( அருளி) எளிதாக்கியதெல்லாம்இ இதைக் கொண்டு நீர்- பயபக்தியுடையவர்களுக்கு நன்மாராயங் கூறவும்இ முரண்ட் ஆக வாதம் செய்யும் மக்களுக்கு இதைக் கொண்டு அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்வதற்குமேயாகும்.
We have made this(Qur'ân) easy(by revealing it) in your own tongue, that you may give glad tidings thereby to those who guard against evil and warn thereby a people stubbornly given to contention.

பிறகு, நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவர் வந்து,( சட்டையை) அவர் முகத்தில் போட்டபோது அவர் மீண்டும் பார்வையுடையோரானார்;" நீங்கள் அறியாததையெல்ல் ஆம் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து நிச்சயமாக நான் அறிவேன் என்று உங்களிடம் கூறவில்லையா?" என்று( அவர்களை நோக்கிக்) கூறினார்.
Then, when the bearer of the glad tidings arrived, he cast it(the shirt) over his face, and he became clear-sighted. He said:"Did I not say to you,'I know from Allah that which you know not.
