God, the Self-sufficient One.

اللہ تعالیٰ بےنیاز ہے یعنی سب اس کے محتاج ہیں، وہ کسی کا محتاج نہیں
Allah is He Who is free of all deficiency; He Who stands in need of nothing.

جب وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ وہ(غنی) بےنیاز ہے
For he thinks he is sufficient in himself.

اللہ تعالیٰ بےنیاز ہے یعنی سب اس کے محتاج ہیں، وہ کسی کا محتاج نہیں
God is all that is pure and good and holy and He cannot stand the presence of sin.

اے لوگو! تم اللہ کے محتاج ہو اور اللہ بےنیاز خوبیوں واﻻ ہے
People, it is you who are in need of Allah. He is the Rich, the Praised.

اور ہر ایک کوشش کرنے واﻻ اپنے ہی بھلے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔ ویسے تو اللہ تعالیٰ تمام جہان والوں سے بےنیاز ہے
And whoever strives, strives only for himself, God is independent of all His creation.

اے لوگو! تم اللہ کے محتاج ہو اور اللہ بےنیاز خوبیوں واﻻ ہے

Assuredly there hath been in them for you an excellent pattern-for him who hopeth for Allah and the last Day. And whosoever turneth away, then verily Allah! He is the Self-sufficient, the Praiseworthy.
