African, Caribbean and Pacific States.
The latter is managed jointly by the European Commission,the Group of African, Caribbean and Pacific States and UN-Habitat.
This applies equally to the African, Caribbean and Pacific States, the European Communityand its Member States as well as to the European Parliament.
