For vessels for which no draught marks are prescribed, such as small craft(vessels which are not subject to inspection), the definition of"height" is sufficient(height above the hull), as in accordance with article 3.13 of CEVNI no exact indication of height is required for the installation of the mast-head light.
Bis-2.1.3 ensure that the attachment of the facilities determined markings required for the identification of the vessel are in place and the control by the shipping police,especially such as draught marks indicators, deadweight specification and registration number.
