CAT reports submitted on time had accepted the new optional procedure of List of Issues Prior to Reporting LOIPR.
This new optional procedure was adopted by the Committee at its fourteenth session in April 2011 A/66/48, para. 26.
They included two initial reports, two reports under the new optional procedure and five reports under the traditional procedure. .
