Oduro was traded to San Jose Earthquakes on 8 August 2018 for Quincy Amarikwa.
He informed the Commission that Messrs.Madon and Oduro had been elected Vice-Chairs.
The Subcommission is composed of Messrs. Brekke, Charles, Croker, Fagoonee,Jaafar, Lu and Oduro.

The subcommission, chaired by one of the Vice-Chairs, Mr. Oduro, in the absence of the Chair of the subcommission, met from 3 to 14 November.
The Commission decided to establish the Subcommission for consideration of the submission made by Argentina and appointed Messrs. Awosika,Carrera, Oduro, Park, Heinesen, Madon and Marques as members.
Messrs. Awosika, Carrera, Glumov, Haworth, Heinesen, Madon,Marques, Oduro, Park, Paterlini, Rajan, Roest, and Urabe will form the core group of that Committee, which has an open-ended membership.
The Commission then established a Subcommission to examine the partial submission of France, in accordance with the established procedure(see CLCS/42), composed of the following members: Messrs. Astiz, Brekke, Carrera, Kalngui,Lu, Oduro and Park.
Messrs. Awosika, Carrera, Charles, Haworth, Heinesen, Jaoshvili, Kalngui, Lu, Mahanjane, Marques,Njuguna, Oduro, Park, Paterlini, Rajan and Roest will form the core group of the Training Committee.
On 8 April 2010, the Subcommission submitted to the Commission the"Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Barbados on 8 May 2008" and on the same day the Chairperson of the Subcommission introduced the recommendations by delivering a presentation to the plenary of the Commission, together with Messrs.Croker and Oduro, Vice-Chairpersons, and Mr. Rosette.
The Subcommission elected Mr. Jaafaras its Chairperson and Messrs. Croker and Oduro as Vice-Chairpersons. On 27 August 2010, the Subcommission met with a view to organizing its future work.
In the first part of the election, Lawrence Folajimi Awosika, Galo Carrera, Francis L. Charles, Ivan F. Glumov, Richard Thomas Haworth, Martin Vang Heinesen, George Jaoshvili, Emmanuel Kalngui, Wenzheng Lu, Mazlan Bin Madon, Estevão Stefane Mahanjane, Jair Alberto Ribas Marques, Simon Njuguna,Isaac Owusu Oduro, Yong Ahn Park, Carlos Marcelo Paterlini, Sivaramakrhishnan Rajan, Walter R. Roest and Tetsuro Urabe were elected.
In the absence of the Chair of the subcommission, one of the Vice-Chairs, Mr. Oduro, reported on the progress of its work during the intersessional period and at the thirty-fifth session of the Commission, noting that the subcommission had met from 21 to 25 July.
The following members of the Commission attended the session: Alexandre Tagore Medeiros de Albuquerque, Osvaldo Pedro Astiz, Lawrence Folajimi Awosika, Harald Brekke, Galo Carrera Hurtado, Francis L. Charles, Peter F. Croker, Indurlall Fagoonee, Mihai Silviu German, Abu Bakar Jaafar, Emmanuel Kalngui, Wenzheng Lu,Isaac Owusu Oduro, Yong Ahn Park, Sivaramakrishnan Rajan, Michael Anselme Marc Rosette, Philip Alexander Symonds and Kensaku Tamaki.
In the absence of the Chair of the Subcommission, one of the Vice-Chairs, Mr. Oduro, reported on the progress of its work during the intersessional period and at the thirty-fourth session of the Commission, noting that the Subcommission had met from 24 February to 7 March 2014.
Pursuant to rule 42, paragraph 2, the Commission decided that the Subcommission established for consideration of the submission made by Barbados on 8 May 2008, composed of Messrs. Albuquerque, Astiz, Croker,Lu, Oduro, Rajan and Rosette, with Mr. Rajan as its Chairperson and Messrs. Oduro and Croker as Vice-Chairpersons, would consider the revised submission.
Nevertheless the Commission decided that Messrs. Albuquerque, Astiz, Awosika, Carrera, Charles, Croker, Jaafar, Kalngui, Kazmin,Lu, Oduro, Park, Rajan and Rosette would form the core group of the Editorial Committee and that Messrs. Awosika, Brekke, Carrera, Charles, German, Kalngui, Oduro, Park, Rosette and Tamaki would form the core group of the Training Committee.

After consultations, the Commission appointed Muhammad Arshad, Francis L. Charles, Ivan F. Glumov, Richard Thomas Haworth, Emmanuel Kalngui andIsaac Owusu Oduro as members of the Subcommission for consideration of the submission made by Norway in respect of Bouvetøya and Dronning Maud Land.
The following members of the Commission, who were elected at the twenty-second Meeting of States Parties to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, attended the session: Muhammad Arshad, Lawrence Folajimi Awosika, Galo Carrera, Francis L. Votes obtained were as follows: Indurlall Fagoonee(Mauritius)(143 votes), Lawrence Folajimi Awosika(Nigeria)(129 votes),Isaac Owusu Oduro(Ghana)(124 votes), Michael Anselme Marc Rosette(Seychelles)(124 votes), Emmanuel Kalngui(Cameroon)(99 votes) and Yao Ubuènalè Woeledji(Togo) 99 votes.
The following members of the Commission attended the session: Osvaldo Pedro Astiz, Lawrence Folajimi Awosika, Harald Brekke, Galo Carrera Hurtado, Francis L. Charles, Peter F.
