Low reagent consumption.
The object of invention is to simplify the process, reduce the reagent consumption, and improve working conditions.
Reagent consumption monitoring.
This leads to slimes generation, higher reagent consumption and energy wastage.
Reagent consumption and dosing activity;
The information shall also indicate a likely rate of reagent consumption and how often it should be replenished. 7.8.5.
Reagent consumption and dosing activity counters.
WTP process flow diagrams stipulate a maximum reduction in wastewater and reagent consumption, and a reutilization of discharges in TPP cycle.
Reagent consumption depends on the calcium level of the checked water.
Depending on quality of influent water andtypes of membranes these recommendations make it possible to determine the reagent consumptions for operation of plants.
Reagent consumption and dosing activity; according to paragraph 5.5.4. of this Regulation.
In addition to the level of reagent in the reagent tank, the reagent quality, and the reagent consumption, the following failures shall be monitored by the anti-tampering system because they may be attributed to tampering.
The reagent consumption counter and the dosing counter information shall be made available in a standardised manner according to the provisions of Appendix 5 to this annex.
The instructions shall specify if consumable reagents have to be refilled by the vehicle operator betweennormal maintenance intervals and shall indicate a likely rate of reagent consumption according to the type of new heavy-duty vehicle.
In order to monitor reagent consumption, at least the following parameters within the vehicle shall be monitored.
A non-exhaustive list of sensors that affect the diagnostic capability are those directly measuring NOx concentration, urea quality sensors, ambient sensors and sensors used for monitoring reagent dosing activity, reagent level, or reagent consumption.
In order to monitor reagent consumption, at least one of the following parameters within the vehicle or engine shall be monitored.
A non-exhaustive list of sensors that affect the diagnostic capability are those directly measuring NOx concentration, urea quality sensors, ambient sensors and sensors used for monitoring reagent dosing activity, reagent level, or reagent consumption.
Details of the reagent consumption counter and dosing counter activation and deactivation criteria and mechanisms are described in Appendix 2 to this annex.
A non-exhaustive list of sensors that affect the diagnostic capability are those directly measuring NOx concentration, urea quality sensors, ambient sensors, and sensors used for monitoring reagent dosing activity, reagent level, or reagent consumption.
If the reagent consumption is not rectified within 50 km of the activation of the warning system then the driver inducement requirements of paragraph 8. shall apply.
The reasons for the NOx exceedance shall, at a minimum, and where applicable, be identified in the cases of empty reagent tank, interruption of reagent dosing activity, insufficient reagent quality, too low reagent consumption, incorrect EGR flow or deactivation of the EGR.
Any deviation more than 50 per cent in average reagent consumption and average demanded reagent consumption by the engine system over the period defined in paragraph 5.5.4.8. shall result in application of the measures laid down in paragraph 5.5.4.12.
The compliance of the warning system activation shall be demonstrated by performing one test for each of the failure categories considered in paragraphs 6. to 9. of this annex such as: lack of reagent, low reagent quality, low reagent consumption, failure of components of the monitoring system.
The low-level inducement system described in paragraph 5.3. shall be enabled, and subsequently activated according to the requirements of that section,if an error in the reagent consumption or an interruption in reagent dosing is not rectified within 10 engine operating hours after the activation of the driver warning system specified in paragraphs 8.4.1. and 8.4.2.
Typical examples of incorrect operations for this list are an empty reagent tank, an incorrect operation leading to an interruption of reagent dosing activity, an insufficient reagent quality,an incorrect operation leading to low reagent consumption, an incorrect EGR flow or a deactivation of the EGR.
The use of the method of contact coagulation with the high effective coagulant of SKIF 180 mark makes it possible to reduce reagent consumption by 65-70%, to exclude the necessity of primary disinfection of water with chlorine or reduce chlorine consumption to minimum, to ensure aluminum residual in water within the limits of MPC, to stabilize conditions of water treatment and reduce considerably the cost of water treatment.
Until the end of the phase-in period specified in paragraph 4.10.7. of this Regulation the driver warning system described in paragraph 4. shall be activated if a deviation of more than 50% between theaverage reagent consumption and the average demanded reagent consumption by the engine system over the period to be defined by the manufacturer, which shall not be longer than the maximum period defined in paragraph 8.3.1.
Average reagent consumption and average demanded reagent consumption by the engine system either over the previous complete 48 hour period of engine operation or the period needed for a demanded reagent consumption of at least 15 litres, whichever is longer, shall be available via the serial port of the standard diagnostic connector as referred to in paragraph 6.8.3. of Annex 9A to this Regulation.
The systems of water disinfection on the basis of the Russian ejection batcher AXB-1000/P000-KЛ-ГХ and the system complexes of local automatics on the basis of the ELADOS EMP pumpsincluding the systems of automatic regulation of sodium hypochlorite and other liquid reagents consumption used in water treatment technologies are considered.
