At the 37th meeting, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict also briefed the Working Group on the situation of children and armed conflict in the Central African Republicand Mali, and the Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF presented the global horizontal note for November and December 2012.
