Countries should also, in cooperation with the Meteorological Synthesizing Centres(MSC-W and MSC-E) and CCC, identify sites which can be used for the evaluation of trends in the deposition of sulphur, nitrogen compounds, HMs, POPs, and the assessment of the fulfillment of protocol obligations; improvements with respect to the completeness in reporting of emission data are also needed for the analysis of these trends;
