Згідно з постановою, ОВК можуть залучати для організаційного, правового, інформаційного та іншого забезпечення своєї діяльності 10-12 спеціалістів, експертів та технічних працівників(залежно від кількості виборчих дільниць в окрузі), а ДВК- не більше однієї особи.
