According to the top manager,the increase in the speed of servicing allowed Nika-Tera to become more attractive for customers, whose sales market are oriented to large-tonnage lots(Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Bangladesh).
In 2015«Nika-Tera» maintained its activities on the available technologies modernization and implementation of the new ones, the storage spaces expansion and the stores handling process improvement.
Therefore, in order tohave competitive advantages compared to other ports in the region, Nika-Tera implements new investment projects, seeks free niches, and also tries to constantly improve the quality of services provided to customers.
As a result,"Nika-Tera" became the leader among the Ukrainian port operators for transshipment of peas with a share of 43%", the Head of Nika-Tera port Alim Agakishyyev commented.
Due to the group's active investment strategy, Nika-Tera set two records in 2013 monthly cargo turnover(518.6‘000 tonnes) and in grain transshipment(375‘000 tonnes).
In August 2017, Nika-Tera sea terminal transshipped 431 K tons of cargo, increasing last year's figure by 6%.
After the new owner came to Nika-Tera, about 1.5 billion hryvnias were invested in the development of the port.
In 2013-2015«Nika-Tera» implemented the project on construction of the new grain elevator of silo type- 18 silos of capacity of 170 000 were constructed.
As of today«Sea Specialized Port Nika-Tera» LLC is the Company furnished with significant material, intellectual and financial resources.
Thanks to this, today Nika-Tera has one of the largest in the Mykolayiv region grain-hardening capacities, which allow to store up to 330 thousand tons of grain at a time.
Sea Specialized Port«Nika-Tera»- is the modern highly mechanized diversified port which is one of the leaders in the region on rendering of wide range of stevedoring services on transshipment, storage and shipment of different stores.
