Here, I agree with what Mrs Herczog said.
I voted in favour of the Herczog report on the establishment of a Small Business Act.
I should like to congratulate Mrs Herczog on this report.
The issue of the role of internal audits andinternal controls was raised by Mrs Herczog.
I want to congratulate my colleague, Edit Herczog, as her report is vital in this respect.
Maria Herczog shared the lessons learned from the adaptation and the development of the Sure Start Programme in Hungary.

Hungarian Minister on Social Affairs Laszlo Herczog explained that Roma poverty is central issue in understanding rural poverty in Hungary.
It proposes 10 policy principles anda number of concrete initiatives to make sure that the concerns of SMEs are placed at the centre of decision-making- as Ms Herczog said, mainstreaming SMEs into the centre of attention and strategies.
