The committee held interviews with staff.
The examination involved interviews with staff at the European External Action Service(EEAS) and the Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation(DG Development and Cooperation) as well as a review of the Commission's assessment of the concept notes and full proposals for 45 projects(see Annex VI).
