These events may be serious andresult in death, life-threatening events, hospitalization or disability.
There are global tsunami warning andmitigation systems in place to protect people from these life-threatening events.
Cytokine release syndrome, including fatal or life-threatening events, has been frequently observed after Kymriah infusion(see section 4.8).
In the world there are systems of mitigation andthe tsunami warning system designed to protect people from these life-threatening events.
Co-administration with didanosine due to the potential for serious and/or life-threatening events notably lactic acidosis, liver function abnormalities, pancreatitis and peripheral neuropathy(see sections 4.4 and 4.5).
For medicinal products metabolised by CYP3A these higher plasma concentrations may potentially lead to serious and/or life-threatening events(see section 4.3).
Therapy Avastin® should be stopped in case of life-threatening events(Grade 4 severe) venous thromboembolism, including pulmonary embolism, and in the severity of venous thromboembolism? 3 should be carefully monitoring the patient's condition.
Concomitant administration with active substances that are highly dependent on CYP3A for clearance andfor which elevated plasma concentrations are associated with serious and/or life-threatening events.
According to the National Association of School Psychologists(NASP),children exposed to violence, life-threatening events or traumatic losses are at greater risk for depression, substance abuse and suicide.
Co-administration is contraindicated with medicinal products that are highly dependent onCYP3A for clearance and for which elevated plasma concentrations are associated with serious and/or life-threatening events.
Therefore, concomitant treatment with such medicinal products for which elevated plasma concentrations are associated with serious and/or life-threatening events is contraindicated(applies to darunavir boosted with either ritonavir or cobicistat).
The serious and fatal cases concern patients of different age-ranges; the contraindications for patients under 12 years of age andpatients with a history of allergy will not prevent severe or life-threatening events.
Other potentially life-threatening events and unscheduled hospitalizations for reasons other than AIDS were also assessed, and results did not differ between the immediate and deferred therapy groups, demonstrating the safety of early antiretroviral therapy.
Co-administration of darunavir with low dose ritonavir, with active substances that are highly dependent on CYP3A for clearance andfor which elevated plasma concentrations are associated with serious and/or life-threatening events.
If patients experience symptomatic bradycardia or life-threatening events, concomitant medicinal products known to cause bradycardia, as well as anti-hypertensive medicinal products should be evaluated and Alecensa treatment should be adjusted as described in Table 2(see sections 4.2 and 4.5,‘P-gp substrates' and‘BCRP substrates').
These interactions are based on either drug interaction studies or predicted interactions due to the expected magnitude of interaction andpotential for serious and/or life-threatening events or loss of efficacy.
Co-administration of medicinal products that are substrates of CYP3A and have narrow therapeutic indeces andfor which elevated plasma concentrations are associated with serious and/or life-threatening events are contraindicated with EVOTAZ.
REZOLSTA must therefore not be combined with medicinal products that are highly dependent on CYP3A for clearance andfor which increased systemic exposure is associated with serious and/or life-threatening events(narrow therapeutic index)(see section 4.3).
PREZISTA co-administered with 100 mg ritonavir must not be combined with medicinal products that are highly dependent on CYP3A4 for clearance andfor which increased systemic exposure is associated with serious and/ or life-threatening events(narrow therapeutic index).
Symtuza, therefore, must not be combined with medicinal products that are highly dependent on CYP3A for clearance andfor which increased systemic exposure is associated with serious and/or life-threatening events(narrow therapeutic index)(see section 4.3 or table below).
Darunavir co-administered with low dose ritonavir must not be combined with medicinal products that are highly dependent on CYP3A for clearance andfor which increased systemic exposure is associated with serious and/or life-threatening events(narrow therapeutic index)(see section 4.3).
Efavirenz must not be administered concurrently with terfenadine, astemizole, cisapride, midazolam, triazolam, pimozide, bepridil, or ergot alkaloids(for example, ergotamine, dihydroergotamine, ergonovine, and methylergonovine),since inhibition of their metabolism may lead to serious, life-threatening events(see section 4.3).
Combination with medicines that are substrates for the multidrug efflux transporter P-glycoprotein or the organic anion transporter proteins(OATP) andfor which elevated plasma concentrations are associated with serious and/or life-threatening events, e.g. bosentan, dabigatran etexilate and aliskiren(see section 4.5).
Contraindications of concomitant use Efavirenz must not be administered concurrently with terfenadine, astemizole, cisapride, midazolam, triazolam, pimozide, bepridil, or ergot alkaloids(for example, ergotamine, dihydroergotamine, ergonovine, and methylergonovine)since inhibition of their metabolism may lead to serious, life-threatening events(see section 4.3).
This is a rare butserious and potentially life-threatening event that requires urgent surgical intervention and antibiotic treatment.
How many times have we heard from people who have experiencedsome life-threatening event"Cherish life, enjoy it, every day living fully as if it were your last day"!
But these life-threatening event only lasted a short time and then as soon as the danger to your life was over the body returns to normal.
Psychological first aid(PFA) is mental health assistance provided to someone in emotional or psychological need after a traumatic, usually life-threatening event.
Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), sometimes known as shell shock or combat stress, occurs after experiencing severe trauma or a life-threatening event.
PTSD is also sometimes known as shell shock or combat stress, occurs after experiencing severe trauma or a life-threatening event.
