Volume(ml) of diluent needed for.
(A ml Busilvex)x(10)= B ml of diluent.
To be diluted in 150 ml of diluent and administered by intravenous infusion over 30 minutes every 3 weeks.
(A ml Busulfan Fresenius Kabi)x(10)= B ml of diluent.
Each vial is to be reconstituted with 100 ml of diluent using the supplied sterile transfer device.
For 600 mg doses, use 60 ml of Soliris and add 60 ml of diluent.
For rapid, complete reconstitution, inject 0.4 ml of diluent into the vacuum vial and shake it gently.
For 900 mg use 90 ml of Soliris and add 90 ml of diluent.
The vial is to be reconstituted with 200 mL of diluent using the supplied sterile transfer device.
Patients> 100 kg: 30 ml of BRINAVESS 20 mg/ml is added to 120 ml of diluent.
Each vial is to be reconstituted with 100 ml of diluent using the supplied sterile transfer device.
Vial of 1.2 ml of TORISEL 25mg/ ml concentrate and 1 vial of 2.2 ml of diluent.
To be diluted in 150 ml of diluent and administered by intravenous infusion over 30 minutes every 3 weeks.
If central venous access is not feasible and a peripheral venous linehas to be used, add the reconstituted solution to an infusion bag containing≥ 1,000 ml of diluent(sodium chloride 9 mg/ml(0.9%) solution for infusion or glucose 50 mg/ml(5%) solution for infusion).
After reconstitution with 100 ml of diluent, each ml of the reconstituted solution contains 25 mg of hydroxocobalamin.
If central venous access is not feasible and a peripheral venous line has to be used, the reconstituted solution should be added to an infusion bag containing≥ 1,000 ml of diluent(sodium chloride 9 mg/ml(0.9%) solution for infusion or glucose 50 mg/ml(5%) solution for infusion).
After reconstitution with 100 ml of diluent, each ml of the reconstituted solution contains 25 mg of hydroxocobalamin.• The other ingredient is hydrochloric acid.
To reconstitute, withdraw the required volume of the supplied diluent from its vial(for 23 ml vial containing 852 mg of lyophilised powder reconstitute using 10 ml of diluent, or for 5 ml vial containing 340 mg of lyophilised powder reconstitute using 4 ml of diluent) and add to the vial containing the lyophilised powder.
Calculate the volume(mL) of diluent(either sodium chloride 9 mg/mL(0.9%) solution for injection or 5% glucose injection) needed to make up the solution for infusion for the patient.
If intravenous administration is to be made viaa central venous line, add the reconstituted solution to an infusion bag containing≥ 50 ml of diluent(sodium chloride 9 mg/ml(0.9%) solution for infusion or glucose 50 mg/ml(5%) solution for infusion), the concentration of trabectedin in the infusion solution being≤ 0.030 mg/ml.
General recommendations- Reconstitution and further dilution must be carried out under sterile conditions.- For reconstitution water for injections or sodium chloride 9 mg/ ml(0.9%) solution are to be used.- For further dilution, sodium chloride 9 mg/ ml(0.9%) or glucose 5% solutions are suitable.- For rapid, complete reconstitution, inject 0.4 ml of diluent into the vacuum vial and shake it gently.
To prepare the final solution for infusion, add(A)ml of Busilvex to(B) ml of diluent(sodium chloride 9 mg/ml(0.9%) solution for injection or glucose solution for injection 5%).
To prepare the final solution for infusion, add(A)ml of Busilvex to(B) ml of diluent(sodium chloride 9 mg/ml(0.9%) solution for injection or glucose solution for injection 5%) Preparation of the solution for infusion.
DILUTION OF TORISEL 25 MG/ ML CONCENTRATE WITH THE SUPPLIED DILUENT• Withdraw 1.8 ml of the supplied diluent.• Inject the 1.8 ml of diluent into the vial of TORISEL 25 mg/ ml concentrate which contains 30 mg of temsirolimus(1.2 ml of concentrate).• Mix the diluent and the concentrate well by inversion of the vial.
If administration is to be made through a central venous line, the appropriate amount of reconstituted solution should be withdrawn from the vial andadded to an infusion bag containing≥ 50 ml of diluent(sodium chloride 9 mg/ml(0.9%) solution for infusion or glucose 50 mg/ml(5%) solution for infusion), the concentration of trabectedin in the infusion solution being≤ 0.030 mg/ml.
Repeat the thawing, opening, transfer and rinsing operations for the appropriate number of ampoules to be reconstituted in the diluent; either 1 ampoule of 1,000 doses of vaccine per 200 ml of diluent(or 1 ampoule of 2,000 doses of vaccine per 400 ml of diluent) for subcutaneous administration, or 4 ampoules of 1,000 doses of vaccine per 200 ml of diluent(or 4 ampoules of 2,000 doses of vaccines per 400 ml of diluent) for in ovo administration.
For a 50 mL vial of diluent: For a 1 g dose, withdraw 10 mL from a 50 mL vial of sodium chloride 9 mg/mL(0.9%) solution and discard.
Each 10 ml vial of diluent contains.
After reconstitution with 25 ml Savene diluent, 1 ml of concentrate contains 20 mg dexrazoxane.
Each ml contains 20 mg of dexrazoxane after reconstitution with 25 ml of Savene diluent.
