The World Order of Bahá'u'lláh.
All we can do is to point out, in their broadest outlines,what appears to us to be the guiding principles underlying the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh….
Marriage under the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh is based upon a far nobler conception of Man's destiny than ever before.
To a lesser degree this principle must of necessity apply to the country which has vindicated its right to be regarded as the cradle of the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh.
They indeed are“the people of the right,” whose“noble habitation” is fixed on the foundations of the“World Order of Bahá'u'lláh”- the Ark of everlasting salvation in this most grievous Day.

Theirs will be the privilege of evaluating the share which each of these champion-builders of the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh has had in ushering in that golden Millennium, the promise of which lies enshrined in His teachings.
Taken in connection with the foregoing excerpts on marriage, and its eternal bond,they give a faint indication of what human society may be when the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh is established.
It should be stated,at the very outset…. that these twin institutions of the Administrative Order of Bahá'u'lláh should be regarded as divine in origin, essential in their functions and complementary in their aim and purpose.
What other community, it can confidently be asked, has been instrumental in fixing the pattern, and in imparting the original impulse,to those administrative institutions that constitute the vanguard of the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh?

My chief concern at this challenging period of Bahá'í history is rather to call the attention of those who are destined to be the champion-builders of the Administrative Order of Bahá'u'lláh to certain fundamental.
All we can do is to point out, in their broadest outlines,what appear to us to be the guiding principles underlying the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh, as amplified and enunciated by'Abdu'l-Bahá, the Center of His Covenant with all mankind and the appointed Interpreter and Expounder of His Word.
Conscious of their high calling, confident in the society-building power which their Faith possesses, they press forward, undeterred and undismayed, in their efforts to fashion andperfect the necessary instruments wherein the embryonic World Order of Bahá'u'lláh can mature and develop.
Let them strive to understand more deeply the Teachings that are relevant by reviewing letters of Shoghi Effendi which have been published in The World Order of Bahá'u'lláh, particularly those entitled“The Goal of a New World Order”,“America and the Most Great Peace”, and“The Unfoldment of World Civilization”.
Best beloved brothers and sisters, in the love of Bahá'u'lláh, It would be difficult indeed to adequately express the feelings of irrepressible joy andexaltation that flood my heart every time I pause to contemplate the ceaseless evidences of the dynamic energy which animates the stalwart pioneers of the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh, in the execution of the plan committed to their charge.".
Exalted as is the position andvital as is the function of the institution of the Guardianship in the Administrative Order of Bahá'u'lláh, and staggering as must be the weight of responsibility which it carries, its importance must, whatever be the language of the Will, be in no wise over-emphasized.

The humiliating defeat inflicted upon its ruler, the successor and lineal descendant of the Prussian King and Emperor to whom Bahá'u'lláh had addressed His solemn and historic warning, together with the extinction of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, the remnant of the once-great Holy Roman Empire,were both precipitated by a war whose outbreak signalized the opening of the Age of Frustration destined to precede the establishment of the World Order of Bahá'u'lláh.
