Hypoglycaemia(when used with sulphonylurea or insulin).
If you are taking a sulphonylurea or insulin, the dose may need to be lowered while you use dulaglutide.
Your doctor may reduce the dose of your sulphonylurea or insulin.
A dose reduction of the sulphonylurea or insulin may be considered(see section 4.2 and 4.5).
