It may moreover cover expenses relating to studies and  other relevant written material, meetings of experts, information and  communication actions, in so far as they are related to the objectives of the Programme, as well as expenses linked to information technology networks focusing on information processing and  exchange,including corporate information technology tools and  other technical and administrative assistance needed in connection with the management of the Programme.
The financial envelope for the Programme may also cover technical and administrative assistance expenses necessary to ensure the transition between the Programme and  the measures adopted under Regulation(EU) No 1295/2013.
It may moreover cover likewise legitimate and  verified expenses relating to the studies, meetings of experts, information and  communication actions, in so far as they are related to the objectives of the Instrument, as well as expenses linked to information technology networks focusing on information processing and  exchange,including corporate information technology tools and  other technical and administrative assistance needed in connection with the management of the Instrument.
It is also desirable for the European Union to provide more and  better technical and administrative assistance to Côte d'Ivoire, to ensure that its economy is adapted to draw the maximum benefits from the stepping stone Economic Partnership Agreement.
The amount referred to in paragraph 1 may be used for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the Programme such as preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and  evaluation activities, including corporate information technology systems and  accessibility advice and  training.
The amount referred to in paragraph 1 may be used for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the Programme, such as preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and  evaluation activities including corporate information technology systems.
The amounts referred to in paragraphs 3 and  4 may also be used for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the programmes, such as preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and  evaluation activities including corporate information technology systems.
The financial envelope for the Programme may also cover technical and administrative assistance expenses necessary to ensure the transition between the Programmeand  the measures adopted under its predecessor, the Connecting Europe Facility under Regulation(EU) No 1316/2013.
The financial envelope for the Programme may also cover technical and administrative assistance expenses necessary to ensure the transition between the Programmeand  the measures adopted under Regulation Nos 377/2014 and  1285/2013 and  on the basis of Decision No 541/2014/EU.
Up to 3% of the amount referred to in paragraph 1 may be used also for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the Programmeand  the sector-specific guidelines, such as preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and  evaluation activities including corporate information and  technology systems.
Cooperation between the Parties may comprise technical and administrative assistance in particular in the following areas: drafting of national legislation and  policies; establishment of institutions and  information centres; training of personnel; drug related research; and  the prevention of diversion of precursors used for the illicit manufacture of drugs.
The amount referred to in paragraph 1 may be used for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the Programme, such as preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and  evaluation activities including corporate information technology systems, studies, meetings of experts, communications on priorities and  areas related to the general objectives of the programme.
The amount referred to in paragraph 1 may be used for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the Programme, concerning in particular preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and  evaluation activities as well as use of information technology networks focusing on information processing and  exchange, and  use and  development of corporate information technology tools.
