In particular, when the competent authority identifies an omission or a material mistake or inaccuracy,the issuer should amend its universal registration document and make this amendment publicly available without undue delay.
A frequent issuer shall submit an application to the competent authority containing the necessary amendments to the universal registration document, where applicable, the securities note and the summary submitted for approval.
ESMA shall develop draft regulatory technical standards to specify the procedure for the scrutiny, approval,filing and review of the universal registration document, as well as the conditions for its amendment and the conditions where the status of frequent issuer may be lost.
