Having in mind the fact that this type of Centre exists only in Belgrade, and that beneficiaries from the nearby municipalities Aleksandrovac, Ćićevac, Varvarin and Trstenik also use the Centre services, we can freely say that with this project we have enabled the improvement of health services at a regional level” said Sandra Gogić, President of the Association of Health Workers of Rasina District.

Okolnost da je Gvozden Zdravić, u roku od samo nedelju dana, napadnut kada je izveštavao sa opštinske kulturne manifestacije, a zatim i u pokušaju da izveštava o sudskom sporu, u kome je jedna od stranaka opština, izaziva sumnju da organi lokalne samouprave u Aleksandrovcu ne poštuju obavezu da informacije o svome radu uĉine dostupnim za javnost pod jednakim uslovima za sve novinare i sva javna glasila, odnosno, što je još gore.

Rosy pelican(Pelecanus onocrotalus) is a strictly protected bird in Serbia, listed on various lists of internationally important bird species.

Ружичасти несит( pelecanus onocrotalus) је строго заштићена птица у Србији и налази се на разним листама међународно значајних врста птица.

Unfortunately, contrary to this legal provision, it is often the case, particularly with local self-governments, as it was the case in Aleksandrovac during the period observed, that certain journalists are denied the right to information about the activities of the authorities or access to certain events and press conferences(point 1.1.).
Naţalost, protivno izričitoj zakonskoj odredbi, često je slučaj da se, posebno u lokalnim samoupravama, kao što se to u posmatranom periodu dogodilo u Aleksandrovcu, pojedinim novinarima uskraćuje pravo na informacije o radu organa ili pristup određenim događajima i konferencijama za štampu( vidi pod 1. 1.).

What's not questionable, however, is the fact that the topics Zdravic has been reporting about- embezzlement in the public sector in Aleksandrovac- most definitely constitute, under the Law on Public Information, ideas, information and opinions about occurrences and events of relevance for the public interest, which shall be freely reported in the public media.
Ono što je nesporno jeste to da teme o kojima je Zdravić izveštavao, konkretno, malverzacije u javnom sektoru u Aleksandrovcu, svakako predstavljaju, u skladu sa Zakonom o javnom informisanju, ideje, informacije i mišljenja o pojavama i događajima o kojima javnost ima opravdani interes da zna, koje se u medijima objavljuju slobodno.
