We believe in Allah.
நாம் அல்லாஹ்வையே நம்பியிருக்கிறோம்.

He should say:"We believe in Allah.".
அத்துடன் நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வையே நம்புகின்றோம் என்ற் உம் கூறுகின்றனர்.

They say:'We believe in Allah and the Messenger and obey' But a party of them turn away after this. Those are not believers.
அல்லாஹ்வின் மீத் உம்,( இத் )தூதர் மீத் உம் நாங்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டோம்;( அவர்களுக்குக்) கீழ்படிகிறோம்" என்று சொல்லுகிறார்கள்.( ஆனால் அதன்) பின்னர் அவர்கள் இலிருந்து ஒரு பிரிவார் புறக்கணித்து விடுகின்றனர்- எனவே, இவர்கள்( உண்மையில்) முஃமின்கள் அல்லர்.

Of mankind are some who say:"We believe in Allah,".
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்ட் உள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.

Of mankind is he who saith: We believe in Allah, but, if he be made to suffer for the sake of Allah, he mistaketh the persecution of mankind for Allah's punishment; and then, if victory cometh from thy Lord, will say: Lo! we were with you(all the while). Is not Allah Best Aware of what is in the bosoms of(His) creatures?
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

Allah says:“Of mankind are some who say:“We believe in Allah.”.
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்ட் உள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.

But when they saw Our might, they said,‘We believe in Allah alone and we deny what we used to associate with Him.'.
எனவே அவர்கள்நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Then there are among men such as say,"We believe in Allah"; but when they suffer affliction in(the cause of) Allah, they treat men's oppression as if it were the Wrath of Allah! And if help comes(to thee) from thy Lord, they are sure to say,"We have(always) been with you!" Does not Allah know best all that is in the hearts of all creation?
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

And among men is he who says: We believe in Allah; but when he is.
மேலும், மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்ட் உள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.

There are some people who say:'We believe in Allah' yet when such is hurt in the cause of Allah, he makes the persecution of people as though it were the punishment of Allah. But then if help comes from his Lord, he will say:'We were with you' Does Allah not know what is in the(people's) chests of the worlds?
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

Then, when they saw Our doom, they said: We believe in Allah only and reject that we used to associate.
எனவே அவர்கள் நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Of mankind are some who say:"We believe in Allah," but if they are made to suffer for the sake of Allah, they consider the trial of mankind as Allah's punishment, and if victory comes from your Lord,(the hypocrites) will say:"Verily! We were with you(helping you)." Is not Allah Best Aware of what is in the breast of the'Alamin(mankind and jinns)?
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

Then, when they sighted Our punishment, they said,‘We believe in Allah alone, and disavow what we used to take as His partners.'.
எனவே அவர்கள்நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Of mankind are some who say: we believe in Allah; then if they are afflicted in the way of Allah, they take the persecution of men even as the torment of Allah; and then, if succour cometh from thy Lord they say: verily we have been with you. Is not Allah the Best Knower of that which is in the breasts of the creatures?
மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

So when they saw Our punishment, they said:"We believe in Allah Alone and reject(all) that we used to associate with Him as(His) partners.
எனவே அவர்கள்நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

And of the people are some who say,"We believe in Allah," but when one[of them] is harmed for[the cause of] Allah, they consider the trial of the people as[if it were] the punishment of Allah. But if victory comes from your Lord, they say,"Indeed, We were with you." Is not Allah most knowing of what is within the breasts of all creatures?
மேலும், மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

When they saw Our punishment, they said: We believe in Allah, the One, and we reject the partners we used to associate with Him.
எனவே அவர்கள்நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

And some people say,“We believe in Allah”- so if they are afflicted with some adversity in Allah's way, they consider the chaos created by men as the punishment from Allah; and if the help comes from your Lord, they will surely say,“Indeed we were with you”; does not Allah well know what is in the hearts of the entire creation?
மேலும், மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

Therefore, when they saw Our chastisement, they said:‘We believe in Allah Alone and reject that we used to associate with Him as partners.'”.
எனவே அவர்கள் நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

And among men is he who says: We believe in Allah; but when he is persecuted in(the way of) Allah he thinks the persecution of men to be as the chastisement of Allah; and if there come assistance from your Lord, they would most certainly say: Surely we were with you. What! is not Allah the best knower of what is in the breasts of mankind?
மேலும், மனிதர்களில் சிலர்" நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்" என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; எனினும், அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் துன்பம் உண்டானால், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இம்சையை அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனைபோல் கருதி( உம்மை விட்டும் நீங்கள் முனைந்து) விடுகிறார்கள்; ஆனால் உம் இறைவனிடத்த் இலிருந்து உதவி வரும்போது" நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுடனே தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ் அகிலத்தாரின் இதயங்களில் இருப்பவற்றை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இல்லையா?

So when they saw Our punishment, they said:“We believe in Allah Alone and reject(all) that we used to associate with Him as partners.
எனவே அவர்கள் நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Among people there are some who say:“We believe in Allah.” But when such a person is made to endure suffering in Allah's cause, he reckons the persecution he suffers at the hands of people as though it is a chastisement from Allah. But if victory comes from your Lord, the same person will say“We were with you.” Does Allah not know whatever is in the hearts of the people of the world?

And when they saw Our Might, they said:'We believe in Allah alone, and we disbelieve in that we used to associate with Him'.
எனவே அவர்கள்நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Then when they behold Our prowess, they said: we believe in Allah alone, and we disbelieve in that which with Him we have been associating.
எனவே அவர்கள்நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது," நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Then, when they saw Our might, they said,‘We believe in Allah, the One, and We disbelieve in that we were associating with Him.‘.
எனவே அவர்கள் நம்( கட்டளையால் உண்டான) வேதனையை கண்டபோது, ''நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவன் மீத் ஏ ஈமான் கொள்கிறோம்; நாங்கள்( அவனுடன்) இணைவைத்தவற்றை நிராகரிக்கிறோம்"" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Say: O People of the Scripture! Do ye blame us for aught else than that we believe in Allah and that which is revealed unto us and that which was revealed aforetime, and because most of you are evil-livers?
வேதம் உடையவர்களே! அல்லாஹ்வின் மீத் உம், எங்கள் மீது இறக்கப்பட்ட( வேதத் )தின்மீதும், எங்களுக்கு முன்னர் இறக்கப்பட்டவை மீத் உம் நாங்கள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டுள்ளோம் என்பதைத் தவிர, வேறு எதற்க் ஆகவ் உம் நீங்கள் எங்களைப் பழிக்கவ் இல்லை. நிச்சயமாக, உங்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் ஃபாஸிக்கு( பாவி )கள் ஆக இருக்கின்றீர்கள்" என்று( நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக?

O people of the Book! what is it that ye persecute us for save that we believe in Allah and in that which hath been sent down unto us and that which hath been sent down aforetime? and most of you are transgressors.
வேதம் உடையவர்களே! அல்லாஹ்வின் மீத் உம், எங்கள் மீது இறக்கப்பட்ட( வேதத் )தின்மீதும், எங்களுக்கு முன்னர் இறக்கப்பட்டவை மீத் உம் நாங்கள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டுள்ளோம் என்பதைத் தவிர, வேறு எதற்க் ஆகவ் உம் நீங்கள் எங்களைப் பழிக்கவ் இல்லை. நிச்சயமாக, உங்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் ஃபாஸிக்கு( பாவி )கள் ஆக இருக்கின்றீர்கள்" என்று( நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.

Say:"O people of the Book! Do ye disapprove of us for no other reason than that we believe in Allah, and the revelation that hath come to us and that which came before(us), and(perhaps) that most of you are rebellious and disobedient?".
வேதம் உடையவர்களே! அல்லாஹ்வின் மீத் உம், எங்கள் மீது இறக்கப்பட்ட( வேதத் )தின்மீதும், எங்களுக்கு முன்னர் இறக்கப்பட்டவை மீத் உம் நாங்கள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டுள்ளோம் என்பதைத் தவிர, வேறு எதற்க் ஆகவ் உம் நீங்கள் எங்களைப் பழிக்கவ் இல்லை. நிச்சயமாக, உங்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் ஃபாஸிக்கு( பாவி )கள் ஆக இருக்கின்றீர்கள்" என்று( நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.
