From 2 October through 1 February 1968,Sea Robin underwent overhaul at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard and upon completion resumed normal duties in the Atlantic and Caribbean.
She was overhauled and extensively modernized at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard from August 1947 to April 1948, and then served in experimental projects as well as normal operations at New London.
Sea Owl underwent overhaul at the Philadelphia Navy Yard from September 1947 to January 1948 followed by a brief period of refresher training in the Caribbean.
She based winter operations January to March 1963 from Puerto Rico andthe Virgin Islands then was overhauled in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard before resuming training at New London.
In January 1971, shortly after her last Seventh Fleet tour, Coontz departed San Diego via the Panama Canal for Atlantic waters and a major overhaul andmodernization at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.
In September, the submarine participated in Exercise“Master Stroke” and Exercise“Canus Slamex” with United States, Canadian,and British forces and returned to the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard on 2 November for a five month overhaul.
Following a naval militia cruise(from 3- 23 August 1905) and a tour in the Mediterranean(from 28 December 1905- 8 May 1906),Brooklyn went into reserve at the League Island Navy Yard in Philadelphia on 16 May 1906.
Back in Norfolk 30 August she resumed operations in the Virginia Capes area andCaribbean until sailing 29 December to Philadelphia for repairs in the naval shipyard.
