You can open the Arrange pane in a separate window that you can move anywhere.
To change anchoring for an object, select it then click"Stay on Page" at the top of the Arrange pane.

Lock a table: Select the table, then in the Arrange pane of the Format inspector, click Lock.

The object must be set to"Move with Text," and the text wrap set to"Inline with Text" in the Arrange pane of the Format inspector.
Tip: You use the controls in the Arrange pane of the Format inspector to layer, group, and lock objects.
To group the caption with the object so they stay together, select the caption and the object, then click Group at the bottom of the Arrange pane in the Format inspector.
Select the text and graphics on the edited card, then in the Arrange pane of the Format inspector, click Group at the bottom of the pane. .
In the Arrange pane of the Format inspector, drag the Rotate wheel or enter a degree value in the adjacent field to specify the angle at which you want to rotate your selection.
To change theamount of space between the endpoints of the line and the objects, select the line, then adjust the Offset Start and End values in the Connection section(in the Arrange pane of the Format inspector).
