Contracting Party to this Convention.
At present, there are as many as 196 countries including European Union which are party to this Convention.
현재 우리나라를 포함하여 196개 나라가 이 협약에 가입해 있습니다.Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never in any circumstances to develop.
이 협약의 각 당사국은 어떠한 상황하에서도 다음을 행하지 아니할 것을 약속한다.(h) any act of willful and serious pollution contrary to this Convention;

제2항 및 제3항을 조건으로, 이 협약에 대한 어떠한 유보도 허락되지 아니한다.The provisions of Article 22, paragraph 2, shall apply to political and/or economic integration organizations which accede to this Convention.
(1) States referred to in Article 5 may become party to this Convention and Member of the Organization.
(1)제5조에 언급한 국가는 다음의 행위에 의하여 이 협약의 당사자 및 기구의 회원국이 될 수 있다.The right to take measures to protect sensitive installations, and to prevent disclosure of confidential information and data, not related to this Convention.
민감한 시설을 보호하기 위한 조치를 취하고 이 협약과 관련이 없는 비밀정보 및 자료의 공개를 방지할 권리를 가진다.Technical guidelines for the environmentally sound management of wastes subject to this Convention shall be decided by the Parties at their first meeting.
이 협약에 따른 폐기물에 대한 환경적으로 건전한 관리를 위한 기술적 지침은 제1차 당사자회의에서 결정된다.The States Parties to this Convention undertake to take all necessary measures to ensure the application of the principles enunciated in paragraph 1 of this article.
협약 당사국들은 이 조 제1항에 선언된 원칙의 적용을 보장하기 위하여 필요한 모든 조치를 취할 것을 약속한다.(viii) invite States referred to under Article 5(2)(ii) to become party to this Convention;
(viii)제5조 (2)(ii)항에 언급한 국가들을 이 협약의 당사자가 되도록 초청하며.An alien lawfully in the territory of a State Party to this Convention may be expelled from it only pursuant to a decision reached in accordance with law.
합법적으로 이 협약당사국의 영역 내에 있는 외국인은 법률에 따라 내려진 결정에 의하여만 추방될 수 있다.Each State Party to this Convention affirms the recognised objective of effective prohibition of chemical weapons and, to this end, undertakes to continue negotiations in good faith with a view to reaching early agreement on effective measures for the prohibition of their development, production and stockpiling and for their destruction, and on appropriate measures concerning equipment and means of delivery specifically designed for the production or use of chemical agents for weapons purposes.
이 협약의 각 당사국은 화학무기의 효과적인 금지라는 목적이 인정되었음을 확인하고, 이를 위하여 화학무기의 개발, 생산, 비축의 금지와 동 무기의 폐기를 위한 효과적인 조치와 무기로 사용할 목적으로 화학물질을 생산하거나 사용하기 위하여 특별히 고안된 장비와 수송수단에 관한 적절한 조치를 취할 협정을 조속히 체결한다는 목표로 성실하게 협상을 계속한다.Considering that the international community should contribute, together with the States Parties to this Convention, to the safeguarding of such heritage in a spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance.
국제사회가 이 협약의 당사국과 함께 협력 및 상호 원조의 정신으로 이러한 유산의 보호에 기여해야 한다는 점을 고려하고.The Parties to this Convention which are not already Contracting States to the 1983 Convention undertake to abstain from becoming Contracting States to the 1983 Convention. .
(2) This Convention applies mutatis mutandis referredto in article 305, paragraph 1(b),(c),(d),(e) and(f), which become Parties to this Convention in accordance with the conditions relevant to each, and to that extent"States parties" refers to those entities.
(2) States Parties to this Convention recognize the equal right of all persons with disabilities to live in the community, with choices equal to others, and shall take effective and appropriate measures to facilitate full enjoyment by persons with disabilities of this right and their full inclusion and participation in the community.
이 협약의 당사국은 모든 장애인이 다른 사람과 동등한 선택을 통하여 지역 사회에서 살 수 있는 동등한 권리를 가짐을 인정하며, 장애인이 이러한 권리를 완전히 향유하고 지역사회로의 통합과 참여를 촉진하기 위하여, 효과적이고 적절한 조치를 취한다.Any States that are not party to the 1952 Convention and have not acceded to this Convention before the first ordinary session of the Committee following the entry into force of this Convention shall be replaced by other States to be selected by the Committee at its first ordinary session in conformity with the provisions of Article XI(2) and(3).
년 협약의 당사국이 아니면서 The countries to which this Convention applies constitute a Union for the protection of industrial property.
