Add and modify chart value labels.
All value labels for that series are selected.

In the Value Labels pane of the Format inspector, use the controls to make changes.
In the Series pane of the Format inspector, click the disclosure triangle next to Value Labels, then choose a number format from the pop-up menu.
Display the value labels: Choose either Show Value Labels or Show Minimum Value from the Choose Axis Options pop-up menu.
To add a currency symbol or other formatting, click Series in the Format inspector, then choose a number format from the Value Labels pop-up menu.
