How does Google determine if a keyword has low search volume?
Often, low search volume terms in your account are just terms that are sadly not being queried.
One of your keywords has a low search volume status.
You may notice when sifting through your keyword lists that certain keywords aremarked as“Limited Approval” due to"Low search volume.".
And here are some of the keywords with low search volume, but high total traffic.
Many of the keyword ideas you will findusing the four tactics above will likely have low search volumes.
Many of these combinations have very low search results, or even no one searches for them.
Now you're probably saying,“that's some really low search volume!”.
But as we have learned so far, low search volume can lead to customers if you pitch your product right.
But this isn't the case for all keywords with low search volumes.
And so you can get distracted by thinking it's a low searched key word, when in fact your not looking at the big picture.
If you would rather keep these terms and tag them,hit Add tags to selected records and label them with a meaningful tag(like“Low Search Volume”).
Over-stuffing keywords will result in a very low search ranking for your website.

While you definitely want to target terms that your audience is searching for, in some cases,it may be more advantageous to target terms with lower search volume because they're far less competitive.
In the case above, I would make sure to use the term“urgent care open on christmas day” if I wanted to highlight this phrase,rather than the other two that have lower search volume.
