The preferences remain in place for goods from Albania,Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro.

Consequently, I welcome the proposal on visa liberalisation for Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro.
Attempts to destabilise Macedonia and Montenegro are already under way, and Albania has meantime come under fire.

The situation in Albania, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro(the former Yugoslavia) remains unchanged.

The proposed visa liberalisation for the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia is a very important first step.
