Having regard to Article 5a of Council Decision 1999/468/EC of 28 June 1999 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission2.
Uzimajući u obzir članak 5.a Odluke 1999/468/EZ Vijeća od 28. lipnja 1999. o utvrđivanju postupaka za izvršavanje provedbenih ovlasti dodijeljenih Komisiji2.

Pending the adoption of that new Regulation, Council Decision 1999/468/EC of 28 June 1999 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission(15) continues to apply, with the exception of the regulatory procedure with scrutiny, which is not applicable.
Do donošenja te nove uredbe i dalje se primjenjuje Odluka Vijeća 1999/468/EZ od 28. lipnja 1999. o utvrđivanju postupaka za izvršavanje provedbenih ovlasti dodijeljenih Komisiji(15), uz izuzeće regulatornog postupka s kontrolom, koji nije primjenjiv.

Directive 2003/55/EC provides that certain measures are to be adopted in accordance with Council Decision 1999/468/EC of 28 June 1999 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission10.
Mjere potrebne za provedbu ove Direktive trebalo bi usvojiti u skladu s Odlukom Vijeća 1999/468/EZ od 28. lipnja 1999. o utvrđivanju postupaka za izvršavanje provedbenih ovlasti dodijeljenih Komisiji 11.
