As the law Prevention and Suppression of Bribery in the Private Sector entered into force on 1st March 2010, the CCAC's jurisdiction covers both public and private sectors.
The CCAC strived to carry out various integrity education work and do promotion at schools and the community. It proactively organised talks andpromotion activities on the law of Prevention and Suppression of Bribery in the Private Sector for the local enterprises.

The evidence showed that the senior staff recruited workers from Mainland China via five non-residential foremen and solicited around MOP2,000 to 4,000 from each of the candidates as entry requirement. The act has allegedly violatedthe rules of the company and the stipulation of Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the law Prevention and Suppression of Bribery in the Private Sector.

Continue to promote the law Prevention and Suppression of Bribery in the Private Sector to private institutions and associations of different industries, so as to enhance the integrity awareness of all industries and promote the development of integrity management and professional ethics in the private sector.
The CCAC continued to promote the law Prevention and Suppression of Bribery in Private Sector to civil associations of various industries and private companies to deepen the awareness of business ethics and fair competition.
Policies and Measures of Year 2018 Part 1- Work Review of Year 2017 In 2017, in order to ensure the integrity, fairness and justice of the 6th Legislative Assembly Elections of the Macao SAR,the CCAC focused on prevention and suppression of electoral bribery and related illicit acts and promotion of electoral integrity.
