The second prize of 2000 lei and the silver medal were awarded to the student FCIM- Faculty of Informatics and Microelectronics Vladislav KOVALSKII for the"Drawing robot" application, and the 3rd prize in the amount of 1000 leiand a bronze medal have entered the palmare Inei BOTNARU and Diana Valeria VACARU, also from FCIM, UTM, for the"Robotic Arm" exhibit.

Oleg Lupan, head of the Department of Microelectronics and Biomedical Engineering(MIB)of the Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics of UTM, visited the University of Leuven in Belgium, where he participated in the international consortium formed within the project“Marie Skłodowska-Curie” Innovative Training Networks”(MSCA-ITN)-“Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, Research Networks dedicated to training young researchers/ PhD students”, Orizont 2020 Program, which UTM is a partner of.
We wanted to come to you with the“packaged” product, so that at the ground floor of the largest project, located on the campus Râșcani of the University,in the immediate proximity of the Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics, there is a newly renovated university amphitheater, in which, in the next year of studies, students will find a store of UTM branded merchandise.
Welcomed by the representatives of three faculties- Ion FIODOROV, head of the Software and Automatic Engineering Department of the Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics Faculty, Rodion CIUPERCĂ, head of the Machines Construction Technology Department of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Transport, and Elena MUSTEAȚĂ, head of the Department of Polygraphic Technologies within the Textiles and Polygraphy Faculty, the students took a tour around the university subdivisions of the Râșcani campus.
To these and many other similar questions the students of the Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics received exhaustive answers, when meeting with the representatives of the company.
Dumitru Ciorba, department head at the Technical University's Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics, said the new method requires additional workand a more active behavior so that the students obtain the results they want.

On November 9th and 16th, 2019, the students of the fourth year from the specialties“Information security” and“Information technologies”,the Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics of UTM, together with the university lecturer Svetlana GHETMANCENCOand the university assistant Cristina BODOGA, participated in two practical workshops organized by the company ENDAVA.
