Title of the draft Registry Guide.
Differing views were expressed as to the exact title andthe precise nature of the draft Registry Guide.
The Working Group referred the draft Registry Guide to the Commission for adoption at its upcoming forty-sixth session.
Subject to above-mentioned changes,the Commission adopted the introduction to the draft Registry Guide.
It also had agreed that the draft registry guide should be finalized and submitted to the Commission for adoption at its following session.

However, the prevailing view was that the draft Registry Guide should be presented as a separate, stand-alone, comprehensive guide. .
The Working Group next turned to the examples of registry forms, set forth in Annex II of the draft Registry Guide.
At the close of its twenty-third session,the Working Group adopted the draft Registry Guide(A/CN.9/WG. VI/WP.54 and Add.1-6) A/CN.9/767, para. 15.
The Commission then turned to the examples of registry forms set forth in annex II of the draft Registry Guide.
Moreover, it was said that the terminology in the draft Registry Guide could only supplement, but not modify, the terminology of the Guide. .
The Working Group next turned to the question of the function andplacement of the definitions in the draft Registry Guide.
It was also said that the draft Registry Guide could include selective cross-references to the Guide, without paraphrasing or repeating the entire Guide. .
The Working Group deferred making a decision until it had considered the relevant recommendations of the draft Registry Guide see para. 68 below.
In addition, the Working Group agreed that, where the draft Registry Guide offered options, examples of model regulations could be included in an annex to the draft Registry Guide. .
Subject to the above-mentioned changes(see paras. 40-52 above),the Working Group adopted the substance of chapter III(registration) of the draft Registry Guide.
It was also observed that the definitions did not necessarily apply to the entire draft Registry Guide, which fulfilled a different, educational function.
As noted in paragraph 17 above, Working Group VI(Security Interests), at its twenty-third session(New York, 8-12 April 2013),completed its work on the draft Registry Guide.
The Working Group had approved the substance of the recommendations of the draft registry guide and examples of registration forms.
Subject to the above-mentioned changes(see paras. 33-38 above),the Working Group adopted the substance of chapter II(access to the registry services) of the draft Registry Guide.
