Mr. Swe(Myanmar), supporting the declaration adopted by the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the Non-Aligned Movement(A/59/880, annex), said that human rights should not be used as instruments of political pressure, especially against the non-aligned countries and other developing countries, as stated by the Heads of State or Government of the non-aligned countries in October 1995.
