ونظرا ﻻتساع نطاق اﻷنشطة التي يغطيها القانون النموذجي المعتمد في الدورة الحالية وتشملها اﻷعمال الممكنة المقبلة في مجال التجارةاﻻلكترونية، فقد تقرر تغيير اسم الفريق العامل المعني بالتبادل اﻻلكتروني للبيانات ليصبح اسمه" She hoped that the Working Group on Electronic Data Interchange would soon complete its work in that area.
ولذا، أعربت عن أملها في أن ينهي الفريق العامل المعني بالتبادل اﻻلكتروني للبيانات مهمته في أقرب وقتAfter discussion, the Commission endorsed the recommendations contained in the report of the Working Group(ibid., paras. 129-133), reaffirmed the need for active cooperation among all international organizations active in the field and entrusted the preparation of legal rules on EDI to the Working Group on International Payments,which it renamed the Working Group on Electronic Data Interchange. 2/.
وبعد المناقشة، أقرت اللجنة التوصيات الواردة في تقرير She was pleased to note that the Working Group on Electronic Data Interchange would be developing a model law on that subject.

اﻻسبوع( ٤٩- لجنة اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون التجـــاري الدولي- الفريق العامل المعني بالتبادل اﻻلكتروني للبيانات، الدورة التاسعة والعشرون قرار الجمعية العامة ٢٩٢٨)د-٢٧Moreover, it concurred with the opinion expressed in the report that the Working Group on Electronic Data Interchange should aim to complete a draft a draft set of basic model statutory provisions on EDI at its twenty-eighth or twenty-ninth session.
وفضﻻ عن ذلك فإن وفد ايطاليا يوافق على الرأي الذي تم اﻻعراب عنه في تقرير اﻷونسترال والقائل بأن الفريق العامل المعني بالتبادل اﻻلكتروني للبيانات ينبغي أن يهدف الى وضع مجموعة من مشاريع اﻷحكام اﻷساسية واﻷحكام التشريعية النموذجية المتعلقة Pursuant to a decision taken by the Commission at its twenty-fifth session(1992),7/ the Working Group on Electronic Data Interchange devoted its twenty-fifth to twenty-eighth sessions to the preparation of draft model statutory provisions regarding the use of electronic data interchange(EDI) and other modern means of communication.
وفقا للقرار الذي اتخذته اللجنة فيدورتها الخامسة والعشرين ١٩٩٢()٧، كرس الفريق العامل المعني بالتبادل اﻻلكتروني للبيانات دوراته من الدورة الخامسة والعشرين إلى الدورة الثامنة والعشرين ﻹعداد مشروع اﻷحكام القانونية النموذجية بشأن استخدام التبادل
