In the Accounts table, there are accounts without the BClass.
Enter the Group, the BClass and the related Gr.
The Credit account is a Balance sheet account with 1 or 2 as a BClass.
For each normal account, its proper BClass: 1 for Assets, 2 for Liabilities, 3 for Costs, 4 for Income.
The grouping of the accounts is done according to the contents of the BClass column.
The debit account can be part of the Profit and Loss Statement(BClass 3 or 4), or the Balance Sheet(BClass 1 or 2), if there is an acquisition of an Asset.
GR is missing in the GR column of the Accounts table forone or several accounts that have a BClass.
The Credit amount is a Profit& Loss statement account(with 3 or 4 as a BClass), or, if there is a sale of estate goods, is a Balance sheet account with 1 or 2 as a BClass.
It is possible to select just theaccounts with transactions, to obtain temporary groupings or accounts grouped according to the BClass or an external grouping scheme.
In the columns, insert the account number, the description, the BClass, and the Gr which needs to be the same as the one inserted for the accounts belonging to the same Group.
In case an account is missing, just move to the Accounts table, add a new row and complete it with the account number,the description, the Bclass and the Group in order to create a new account.
