Specify the column you will count cells from in the Find values in box;
Select the two columns from the Find values in and According to text box separately;

To list the names only in Column B,you just need to exchange the Find values in cells and According to cells in the dialog box, see screenshot.
Note: If the list you will filter in original table has different title from the title of given list,please do not select the titles in both Find values in box and According to box.
A: Click button from the Find values in:(Range A) section to select the column of data that you want to compare with another column.
Select the first list andthe second list without headers separately in the Find values in and the According to boxes;
A: Select the list you want to check to the Find values in textbox, and select the list you want to check based on into the According to textbox.
Note: To highlight the duplicate values in List B,please switch the ranges from the Find values in and According to in the dialog box.
Select the Name column of winner list in the Find Values in box, select the Name column of student roster in the According to box, and it's optional to check the My data has headers option as you need.
Therefore I, too,have already pointed out several times that only that person will find values in my Message who in all earnestness seeks values therein!
In the popping dialog, select the two ranges in the Find values in and According to boxes, check Each row option and Same values option, go to specify the Fill backcolor and Fill font color as you need.
Note: To highlight the different values in List B,you just need to switch the range references in the Find values in and According to in the dialog box.
If your lists have same headers,you can specify the ranges with list headers in both Find Values in box and According to box, and check the My data has headers option.
Click button to select the first andsecond data ranges that you want to compare under the Find values in and According to section separately;
To select or highlight the same or different values in column C,you just need to swap the two columns in the Find values in and According to text boxes as you need.
