The route takes us to steeply down to the upper Mardi Khola.

As we follow the same route back to the terminal moraines at Duglha andfollowing the wide valley of Khumbu Khola, now we have to pass through the beautiful Sherpa villages of Pheriche, and Orsho along with Shomare.
